Job summary

NPURE - PT. Penta Natural Kosmetindo in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to craft engaging BGC/UGC videos for social media and e-commerce.

You will develop hard-selling content that highlights product benefits, promotions and key selling points, from concept through shooting to basic editing, in collaboration with Marketing, E-commerce and Creative teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, is confident on camera with strong storytelling and communication skills,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Content Creator, UGC Creator, BGC Creator, or related role.
• Confident and expressive on camera, with strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experienced in creating BGC/UGC and hard-selling content for beauty brands.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video formats, and content hooks.
• Creative, proactive, fast-paced, and target-oriented, focused on engagement and conversion.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging BGC/UGC video content for social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop hard-selling content that communicates product benefits, promotions, and key selling points.
• Create content from concept development, scripting, shooting, to basic editing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to align content with campaign and sales objectives.
• Monitor content performance and engagement, and optimize content based on insights and trends.
