Job summary

Blubridge Center in Surabaya is seeking a dedicated Behavior Therapist to work with children, including those with special needs, using ABA-based methods. The role focuses on delivering 30-35 hours of individualized therapy weekly and maintaining thorough client data while coordinating with supervisors and families.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related fields and demonstrate empathy, energy, and commitment to child development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in psychology, education, or related field.
• Preferably 6 months of experience working with children, especially with special needs.
• Energetic, compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in lives of children and families.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 30-35 hours of 1-on-1 therapy sessions weekly.
• Accurately collect and organize client data and documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and parents to discuss client progress.
