Job summary

Tempo Group is seeking a skilled Beauty Trainer to lead end-to-end training programs across Indonesia. You will design and deliver materials on product knowledge, skincare, and makeup artistry, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

The role covers sales capability training, coaching, and ongoing assessment to improve BA productivity and customer experience. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, 4–7 years in beauty training, fluent English, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree; cosmetology-related studies are a plus.
4–7 years of trainer experience in beauty or cosmetic brands.
Experience designing end-to-end training programs.
Proven ability to train across multiple stores and channels.
Strong knowledge of makeup artistry and skincare.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop annual and monthly training priorities and conduct needs analysis.
Design and deliver training material on product knowledge, makeup artistry, and service standards.
Deliver sales capability programs covering customer journey, cross-selling, and upselling.
Conduct counter visits and on-the-job coaching with actionable feedback.
Develop and update training tools and content with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Brand, Sales, Marketing to support launches.
Evaluate learning effectiveness and propose improvements.
Ensure training activities comply with company policies and costs.
