Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail partnership, merchandising, and brand building.
• Minimum 2 years as Merchandiser in a retail company.
• Experience in beauty industry is a strong plus.
• Business-level English proficiency for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential B2B partnerships with modern market retailers.
• Plan and execute marketing activities for e-commerce and offline stores
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners, clients, and buyers.
• Support partnership and co-marketing initiatives with external partners.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies.
