Luxasia is seeking an Education Manager to drive brand excellence through education strategies for retail teams, ensuring product knowledge and service standards across counters.

You will lead training for launches, translate global materials, coach stores, and partner with marketing, retail, and HR to elevate the customer experience and commercial performance.

Requires degree and 5–7 years in beauty retail training, fluent English, strong leadership, and a passion for people development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in training/education, preferably in beauty or luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly training plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Deliver product, service, and brand training to retail teams.
• Translate global training materials into locally relevant content.
• Coach store teams through regular field visits and tailored development plans.
• Monitor training impact on sales and KPIs, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing, retail and HR for education initiatives.
