Job summary

For Skin’s Sake is seeking a proactive Affiliate Marketing specialist to drive growth in Indonesia. You will develop and execute affiliate strategies, nurture relationships with partners, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in affiliate marketing and a passion for beauty. You’ll collaborate with marketing and creative teams to deliver compelling affiliate content and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of affiliate marketing experience is required.
• Strong interest in beauty and skincare products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate with affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing tools and resources to succeed.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Track and analyze key metrics like sales, traffic, and CTR.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on affiliate content and promotions.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and competitor activity to keep strategies competitive.
• Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign success and recommend improvements.

You will:

• Develop & implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic & revenue growth

• Track and analyze key metrics, such as sales conversions, traffic, and click-through rates
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop affiliate-specific content and promotions
• Stay updated on beauty trends and competitor activities to ensure our affiliate strategies are competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Prepare regular reports to track the success of affiliate campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

You are:

• Have min. 1 year experience in affiliate marketing
• Deep understanding & enthusiasm in beauty industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships & coordinating with affiliates
• Creative, resourceful, and capable of developing strategies that align with brand objectives
