Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking a proactive Business Development Support professional in Jakarta to manage masterfiles, coordinate with BI and Product teams, and support proposals and client communications. You will ensure accurate records, perform reconciliations, and liaison with Finance and CS to resolve blockers.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business, strong Excel skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a dynamic fintech setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field from reputable universities.
• Detail oriented and proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to a similar Business Development Support or Sales Support role preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience in conducting analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Masterfile and integration queries with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Coordinate with BI and Product teams to resolve data reconciliation discrepancies and ensure records are up to date.
• Perform monthly invoice reconciliations and coordinate with Finance for filings.
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and legal records for tracking.
• Partner with Claims and CS teams to resolve operational blockers and inquiries.
• Support Business Development Managers with proposals, stakeholder liaison, and strategic initiatives.
• Arrange corporate travel and manage partner relations, including client gifting and logistics.
