Job summary

Interstate Batteries in Surabaya is seeking a Pre Sell Delivery Driver to promote our battery line by ensuring accurate and timely delivery to dealers. You will handle pre-sale tickets, maintain dealer relationships, and execute battery rotations while adhering to safety rules and environmental guidelines.

The role requires at least two years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle and forklift.
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.
• Strong time management and route coverage abilities.
• Familiarity with inventory tools and tablet/scanner usage.

Responsibilities

• Sell batteries and related products pre-sold.
• Complete pre-sale tickets and submit to warehouse timely.
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery to dealers.
• Communicate with Pre Sell Manager via text, email, or phone.
• Execute consignment changes and manage battery rotations.
• Deliver new batteries and invoice units that fail warranty.
• Maintain dealer relationships and route displays.
• Follow safety rules and load/unload trucks safely.
• Take part in overtime and other duties as assigned.
