Job summary

Kompas Gramedia is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department in a hotel setting. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness across rooms and public areas while ensuring guest satisfaction and safety.

A strong emphasis is placed on team leadership, training, and cost control. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management and has prior experience in 5-star hotel or resort housekeeping management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
• Previous housekeeping management experience in 5 star Hotels or Resorts.
• Display confidence, strong decision making and training skills.
• Efficient time scheduling.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
