Job summary

Nikoi Private Island is seeking a Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service on our unique island resort. You will prepare Classic and Contemporary Cocktails, use locally inspired ingredients, and ensure every guest receives warm, personalized attention.

You will collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain smooth bar operations, uphold cleanliness and hygiene, and apply Nusantara ingredients and Arak-based mixology to creations.

Qualifications

• Ability to craft and present cocktails with consistency.

The role requires strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations, as well as excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality.

As a Bartender at Nikoi Private Island, you will deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service while creating memorable beverage experiences for our guests. You will prepare Classic and Contemporary Cocktails, utilize homemade and locally inspired ingredients, and apply your knowledge of Nusantara ingredients and Arak-based mixology. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth bar operations and exceptional service while upholding the resort's high standards of hospitality in a unique island environment.
