Responsibilities

• Assist in opening/closing duties and daily routines.
• Keep workspace clean, stocked, and hygienic.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and seasonal offerings.
• Collaborate with fellow baristas for smooth service.
• Monitor ingredients and report low stock to Store Captain or Manager.

A barista role at BGS Bali, responsible for preparing beverages according to recipes and quality standards, operating coffee equipment with precision, and ensuring consistency and presentation in every cup.

Key responsibilities

Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to BGS Bali's recipes and quality standards

Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) with precision and care

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and genuine manner

Handle orders efficiently and make product suggestions when appropriate

Support daily routines including bar setup, restocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance

Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled by the Store Manager

Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with hygiene standards

Maintain a solid understanding of menu items, ingredients, and seasonal offerings

Work closely with fellow baristas and outlet team to ensure smooth service and workflow

Monitor bar ingredients and inform the Store Captain or Manager of low stock or needed items

About you

Prior experience as a barista is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
