Job summary

Kenangan Brands in Indonesia is seeking a cafe attendant to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, handle payments, and maintain a welcoming bar area. The role requires basic English, strong communication, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and holidays.

Experience with coffee machines is preferred, and you will join a fast-paced team focused on delivering quality service in a busy cafe setting.

Qualifications

• SMK graduates in Hospitality or F&B preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and responding to inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Vocational High School (SMK) graduates majoring in Hospitality or Food & Beverage are preferred. Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field are also welcome to apply.
• Basic English communication skills, particularly for customer interaction, are preferred.
• Strong communication skills with hands-on experience in operating coffee machines; energetic, well-presented, and customer-friendly.
• Willing to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required.
