Job summary

PT Bali General Supply is seeking a Barista to craft coffee and beverages per recipes and standards while delivering warm, friendly service. You will manage orders, operate espresso equipment, and maintain a clean, organized station in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, you will collaborate with the outlet team, handle stock awareness, and support opening/closing duties as scheduled by the Store Manager. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to BGS Bali's recipes and quality standards
• Operate espresso machine, grinder, and other coffee equipment with precision
• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Handle orders efficiently and suggest products when appropriate
• Support daily routines including bar setup, restocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance
• Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled by the Store Manager
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic
• Maintain understanding of menu items, ingredients, and seasonal offerings
• Work closely with fellow baristas and outlet team to ensure smooth service
• Monitor bar ingredients and inform Store Captain or Manager of low stock

As a Barista at BGS Bali, you will prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to BGS Bali's recipes and quality standards. You will be the main face of BGS Bali, greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly, professional, and genuine manner while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and presentation in every cup. You will create a welcoming environment that reflects BGS Bali's service culture and maintain a solid understanding of menu items, ingredients, and seasonal offerings.

Key responsibilities

Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to BGS Bali's recipes and quality standards

Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) with precision and care

Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and genuine manner

Handle orders efficiently and make product suggestions when appropriate

Support daily routines including bar setup, restocking, cleaning, and equipment maintenance

Assist in opening and closing duties as scheduled by the Store Manager

Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with hygiene standards

Maintain understanding of menu items, ingredients, and seasonal offerings

Work closely with fellow baristas and outlet team to ensure smooth service and workflow

Monitor bar ingredients and inform the Store Captain or Manager of low stock or needed items

About you

Prior experience as a barista is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
