Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a Beverage Runner to support Bar, Restaurant and Operations across our venues in Bali. You will help deliver beverages promptly, assist bartenders and servers, and uphold high standards of presentation and service in a dynamic F&B environment.

You will gain experience in beverage service, hospitality operations, guest relations and venue coordination while contributing to smooth service during events and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in beverage service or hospitality is preferred.
• Able to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Willingness to learn beverage menus, venue standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collect beverages from bar or prep area and deliver to tables, stations, or event areas.
• Check drinks before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
• Assist with preparation of service areas and restocking beverages and supplies.
• Support bartenders, servers and operations teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bars, pass areas, tables and service stations.
• Uphold health, safety and responsible alcohol service procedures.
