Job summary

Savaya Bali is seeking a Barback to support a fast-paced bar operation, keeping stations clean, stocked, and ready for service. You will assist bartenders, maintain glassware and stock levels, handle setup and breakdown, and help with deliveries and guest-friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience in bar, restaurant, hotel, beach club, or related hospitality role.
• Strong interest in beverages and guest service.
• Energetic, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Able to work efficiently during busy service.
• English proficiency; Bahasa Indonesia a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders and bar team during service.
• Keep bar stations and storage clean and organized.
• Restock spirits, wines, beers, mixers, and garnishes.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Prepare garnishes, mixers, juices, and service items.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations.
• Ensure safe handling of beverages and bar equipment.
