Job summary

Savaya Group in Bali is seeking a Barback Daily Worker to support bartenders by restocking beverages, ice, glassware, and garnishes. You will help keep the bar area clean and organized, including service stations and storage areas, throughout your shift.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn bar operations, work well in a team, and maintain hygiene and safety standards in a busy hospitality setting. Prior bar experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and late nights.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods, and able to lift beverage supplies.
• Interest in starting or developing a career in hospitality.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team.
• Experience in bar/restaurant or hospitality is welcome but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and restocking of beverages, ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies.
• Keep the bar, refrigerators, storage areas, and service stations clean and organized during shifts.
• Polish glassware and transport beverage stock; support opening, service, and closing procedures.
