Job summary

PT Magic Garden Cafe is seeking an experienced Bartender Supervisor to manage bar operations in Bali. You will ensure quality drinks, lead and train bartenders, manage stock, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong mixology knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction while complying with hygiene and liquor laws. Collaboration with kitchen and service teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Bartender or similar position, with at least 1 year as Supervisor.
• Understanding various drinks, mixing techniques, and latest cocktail/mixology trends.
• Ability to lead a team, provide training, and ensure optimal performance.
• Friendly, communicative, and able to handle customer complaints well.
• Able to manage beverage stock and control bar operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations, ensure smooth service, and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Ensure all drinks are made according to standard recipes and are of the highest quality.
• Train, mentor and supervise bartenders and baristas to improve skills and service.
• Manage beverage stock, ensure adequate supplies, and avoid wastage.
• Provide the best service to guests, handle complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the bar is always clean and meets hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in recording sales, analyzing trends of hot-selling drinks, and providing reports to management.
• Develop and propose cocktail, mocktail, and other specialty drink menus according to the latest trends.
• Work closely with the kitchen, service, and management teams for the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Ensure all bar operations are in compliance with legal regulations regarding alcohol sales.
