Job summary

PT. Reinbarr Ratu Radjawali is seeking a Banquet Sales professional to drive revenue across its restaurant outlets in Indonesia.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and delivering high client satisfaction for events and banquets. You will build a client database, manage a sales pipeline, coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and Management, and support pre-opening sales for upcoming outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of banquet/event/hospitality sales experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and annual banquet revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities from corporate and social events.
• Generate leads through direct sales, networking, referrals, partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and tastings.
• Maintain a database of clients and cultivate long-term relationships.
• Prepare proposals, packages, and quotes; negotiate terms.
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and Management for events.
• Support pre-opening sales for new outlets.
