Responsibilities

• Set up the function room in accordance with the Banquet Event Order.
• Ensure that all prerequisites for the function are checked and ready for setup.
• Coordinate with Chef to understand the menu served for the event.
• Supervise the maintenance of service standards during banquet operations.
• Keep track of service operating equipment to ensure par levels for smooth operations.
• Handle requisition of items which require replacement.
• Attend all meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
• Ensure that all service and storage areas are kept safe, clean and locked.

Job Description

• Assist and ensure that the setup of function room is in accordance to Banquet Event Orde.
