Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of functional experience in project support, functional consulting, or business analysis.
• Finacle experience/knowledge is a strong value-add.
• Strong understanding of core banking business processes.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders and end users in banking/financial services.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Available to join immediately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support throughout project implementation phases.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and end users to gather and clarify requirements.
• Support functional testing, UAT coordination, and issue resolution.
• Document business processes, functional specifications, and change requests.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are translated into system solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting functional/system issues raised by users.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders.
