Job summary

PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk is seeking a Product Lead to define the product strategy and roadmap for our technology-based banking platform in Jakarta.

You will act as a company leader, translate user needs into feature requirements, and work closely with engineering teams to prioritize capabilities and drive cross-functional execution.

Experience with banking systems and AI-driven customer service is a plus, with a technical background in engineering or data science valued.

Qualifications

• Have loan product and core banking system will be advantage.
• Experience in banking system.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with conversational AI or customer service automation.
• Technical background (engineering or data science).
• Having IT/technical background will be advantage.
