Responsibilities

• Own portfolio risk strategy after loan origination.
• Develop limit management and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Design transaction monitoring and behavioral risk strategies.
• Optimize early warning systems and portfolio monitoring.
• Develop collection segmentation and recovery strategies.
• Recommend strategy adjustments based on portfolio performance.
• Partner with Collections, Business, Operations and Data.
