Qualifications

• Retail experience with some supervisory or lead experience preferred.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and end-of-day reporting.
• Ensure the store is well-organized and maintains high cleanliness standards.
