Expat. Roasters in Bali, Indonesia, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and demand generation across retail, café, and wholesale channels.

This on-site role requires developing and executing campaigns, managing social media, overseeing content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. You will analyze performance data, manage budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build partnerships with local communities, influencers, and suppliers to elevate the Expat.

Competenze

• Proven experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and strategy development.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, content oversight, and basic analytics interpretation.
• Proficient in market research and data-driven decision making to optimize marketing activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for clear brand messaging.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams and external partners; community initiatives.
• Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or specialty coffee is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and project management to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
