Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee water purification, bottling, warehouse, and logistics.
• Coordinate production planning, manpower, and shift scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs, costs, energy use, and waste reduction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.
• Develop and coach production and logistics teams.
