Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations or supply chain, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience in FMCG or high-volume beverage manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee water purification, bottling lines, warehouse, and logistics across multiple formats.
• Coordinate maintenance, production planning, and shift scheduling to maximize productivity.

Education
