Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an Operation Manager to lead the Bali production facility, ensuring efficient plant performance, production continuity, and supply chain effectiveness. This role reports to management and oversees water purification, bottling operations, warehousing, logistics coordination, production planning, workforce supervision, and budgeting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in manufacturing operations, with three years in a leadership role,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related areas.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, beverage or high-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Solid understanding of production planning, bottling, water treatment, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to lead production, warehouse, logistics, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Oversee water purification, bottling, and multi-format production lines (gallon refills, glass, aluminum).
• Coordinate maintenance, equipment performance, and utilities optimization.
• Supervise warehouse operations, inventory, raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Plan production schedules, staffing, and shifts to maximize productivity.
• Monitor costs, energy usage, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee wastewater treatment and other environmental control systems.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and budget analyses for management.
• Lead and develop production, warehouse, and logistics teams to build high-performance culture.
