Job summary

PT Kaileuang Yeelin Investment in Bali seeks a proactive Legal Counsel / Company Lawyer to lead licensing processes and safeguard business operations. The role requires a licensed Advocate ready for a fast-paced environment and tactical problem-solving.

Based in Bali, you will manage licensing from OSS to NIB and other permits, represent the company legally, and collaborate with authorities to protect corporate interests.

Qualifications

• Qualified Advocate licensed to practice law (PERADI or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with PBG, SLF, OSS systems and startup ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Bali local licensing procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite company licensing from start to finish (OSS, NIB, KBLI, PBG, SLF, and permits) in Bali.
• Act as the company's official legal representative and handle disputes (litigation and non-litigation).
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases, partnership contracts, and internal legal documents.
• Communicate with Notaries, PPAT, BPN, Licensing Offices and local authorities.
