Job summary

PT. ANTA GROUP DEVELOPMENT is seeking a skilled legal professional to oversee all legal matters for the company’s operations in Indonesia.

You will manage PBG, SLF, building permits, OSS submissions, and other licensing requirements. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and clients; prepare employment agreements; ensure compliance with Indonesian law; and coordinate with notaries and government authorities.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience handling PBG, SLF, and building permits.
• Experience with OSS system and business licensing procedures in Indonesia.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, vendor agreements, contractor agreements, and employment contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, construction regulations, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with notaries, government authorities, and other relevant parties on legal and licensing matters.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple legal matters, and provide practical legal solutions to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle and oversee all legal matters related to the company's business operations.
• Manage PBG, SLF, building permits, OSS submissions, and other licenses.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, employee documentation, and other labor-related legal matters.
• Ensure contracts and business activities comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with notaries, external lawyers, government institutions, vendors, contractors, and other relevant parties on legal matters.
• Provide legal advice and recommendations to management regarding business operations, contractual obligations, and potential legal risks.
• Monitor legal deadlines, contract validity, licensing status, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and organize corporate legal documents, contracts, permits, and other important records.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions to protect the company's interests.
