Grün Resorts in Bali seeks a Land Scout/Land Acquisition specialist (Local Balinese) to identify and secure land for future resort locations. This full-time, on-site role requires strong local knowledge, stakeholder management, and due diligence across environmental, legal, and commercial criteria.

Qualificações

• Strong local knowledge of Bali’s regions, communities, land regulations, and cultural practices.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia (and Balinese dialect preferred) and good spoken and written English for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management, including working respectfully with landowners, village leaders, and government offices.
• Ability to conduct on-site land assessments, including evaluating access, topography, environmental sensitivity, and development feasibility.
• Basic understanding of land documentation, legal requirements, and due diligence processes related to property acquisition in Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills, including the ability to prepare clear summaries, site visit notes, and simple maps or location documentation.
• Comfort with frequent fieldwork, travel across Bali, and working independently while coordinating closely with the central development team.
• Prior experience in real estate, land acquisition, tourism development, or related fields in Bali is highly beneficial.
• Commitment to sustainable development, respect for local communities, and alignment with Grün’s nature-focused values.
