You will work with Landscaping, Housekeeping, Guest Experience, Operations, Events, Security, and Maintenance to ensure attractive, safe, and welcoming hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• Interest in landscaping, gardening, horticulture and guest experience.
• Reliable, hardworking, energetic and committed to high outdoor presentation standards.
• Detail-focused with ability to follow procedures, schedules and safety rules.
• Able to work with multiple teams and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attractive, healthy, clean, and well-presented gardens and landscaped areas across Savaya Group venues.
• Support presentation of entrances, pathways, terraces, poolside areas, dining spaces, event areas, lawns and beds.
• Perform routine gardening tasks: watering, pruning, planting, weeding, trimming, sweeping and grounds maintenance.
• Monitor health and safety of plants, trees, lawns, beds, irrigation systems and outdoor areas.
• Coordinate landscaping activities with housekeeping, guest experience, operations, events, security and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues; respond to irrigation issues and outdoor hazards.
• Assist with planting and replacement of flowers, shrubs, trees and other vegetation; follow seasonal requirements and soil preparation guidelines.
• Operate and care for gardening tools and equipment; perform basic checks and report faults promptly.
• Handle fertilisers, pesticides, cleaning products, fuels and other materials responsibly, following safety guidelines.
• Follow venue procedures relating to landscaping standards, hygiene, safety, chemical handling and environmental care.
