Job summary

PT CIMB Niaga Auto Finance in Denpasar, Bali seeks a Branch Head to lead and manage all operational activities of the branch, ensuring smooth processes and regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service.

You will prepare and push for ambitious business targets in financing and sales, develop strategies to boost productivity, build and mentor a high-performing team, and cultivate relationships with dealers, customers and partners to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education, all majors.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financing, banking, automotive, or related industries.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong business analysis, communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational activities of the branch.
• Prepare and ensure achievement of business targets, sales, and branch financing.
• Develop strategy to increase productivity and branch performance.
• Build, direct, and develop the team to achieve set targets.
• Establish and develop relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners.
• Ensure all business and operational processes run according to company policy and procedures.
• Monitor financing quality and branch performance achievement.
• Prepare reports and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
