Tamora Group in Bali seeks a diligent Tax Specialist to manage tax data, filings, and compliance. You will organize invoices, verify tax details, and prepare entries for PPh, VAT, and related taxes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, familiarity with e-Faktur, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software. Based in Bali, with potential local relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
• Brevet A & B certification preferred.
• Experience with e-Faktur and tax reporting systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Based or willing to move to Bali.

Responsabilités

• Collect and organize tax invoices, receipts, contracts, and payment documents.
• Check whether vendor invoices contain correct tax information.
• Prepare data for PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT/PPN, and other applicable taxes.
• Prepare e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, or related system entries based on approved data.
• Reconcile tax records with accounting records and bank payments.
• Track monthly tax deadlines and prepare reminder schedules.
• Prepare tax payment documents for approval.
• Maintain tax files, tax returns, payment receipts, withholding slips, and correspondence.
• Follow up internally for missing NPWP/NIK, invoices, contracts, or supporting documents.
• Prepare simple monthly tax summaries for the Accounting Manager.
• Prepare requested data and documents for the Tax Consultant.
• Support audits or tax inquiries by gathering documents quickly.
