Job summary

The Cakap Group is seeking a Procurement Assistant Manager in Bali to oversee procurement for internal operations and hospitality client projects. You will manage sourcing, supplier negotiations, POs, and cross-functional coordination to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in purchasing or procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP systems. This role offers competitive pay, THR, BPJS coverage, and project-based opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in managing end-to-end procurement processes.
Ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.
Strong knowledge of cost, lead times, and quality considerations.
Experience in hospitality, F&B, or project-based procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end procurement for internal operations and client projects.
Source, compare quotations, negotiate, and issue POs with full documentation.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure budgets, payments, and policies are followed.
Monitor supplier performance and on-time delivery; manage supplier records and reports.
