Qualifications

Experience in real estate, property development, hospitality, or project-based industries preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
Develop HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth.
Advise management on workforce planning, organizational design, and performance management.
Build and strengthen the HR function to support expansion and governance.
Design and implement HR governance frameworks, policies, and employee regulations.
Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
