Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Law, HR, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience with executive leaders, founders, or C-level stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership on people strategy and organizational planning.
• Develop HR governance frameworks, policies, and employment regulations.
• Lead employee relations, disciplinary actions, and change management.
• Standardize HR processes across the organization and monitor KPIs.
