Job summary

NOTTE Bali is an intimate bar in Uluwatu, delivering thoughtful hospitality and crafted cocktails with a warm, personal guest experience. We are seeking a Server to join our small, passionate team and provide attentive, genuine service during evening hours.

As a Server, you will welcome guests, explain the menu, coordinate with bar and floor teams, and uphold grooming and service standards while ensuring a smooth, memorable guest journey.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Server, Waitress, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Good communication skills and conversational English.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with guests.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn about cocktails and beverage service.
• Able to work evening and late-night shifts.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take orders and provide clear recommendations on our menu and beverage selections
• Deliver attentive table service throughout the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the service area
• Coordinate closely with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
• Maintain NOTTE’s service and grooming standards
• Support opening, operational, and closing duties as required
