Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical bakery and pastry roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager or in a similar leadership position.
• Proven leadership experience with strong people management capabilities.
• English proficiency equivalent to a minimum score of 8.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop technical bakery teams.
• Oversee daily operations of the Baking Centre.
• Develop, standardize, and implement recipes for Cake, Pastry, Danish, and Bread.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve team performance and technical outcomes.
