Job summary

IBMC is seeking a Technical Sales Senior Staff to lead our commercial expansion in Central Java, primarily based in Yogyakarta. The role involves managing client relationships, expanding the corporate footprint, and driving sales initiatives in the baking and food processing sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 5 years of experience in the food industry, and a solid understanding of baked items. Competitive compensation and benefits, including a maximum salary of IDR 8,600,000 per month and allowances, are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics, Business Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and Sales within the Food Industry is highly preferred.
• Solid knowledge regarding baked formulations (bread/cakes) and a keen curiosity toward evolving food trends.
• Established sales connections and market presence across Central Java (Semarang/Yogyakarta/Solo).
• Highly customer-oriented, possess great negotiation skills, active listening, and effective communication habits.
• Computer literate with a good command of English preferred.
• Willing to work mobile; possession of a valid SIM A (Car License) functions as a major advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute mobile sales pipelines throughout Central Java, specifically managing clients across Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Solo.
• Introduce product benefits by demonstrating accurate functional knowledge of baked goods (bread, cakes, pastries) to prospective manufacturers.
• Build, nurture, and preserve a localized sales network within the Central Java commercial baking and food processor network.
• Drive contract finalizations, leverage active listening habits, and employ clear communication to manage customer retention.
• Align on-site activations with core marketing principles to maximize vendor trust and market awareness.
