Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our Jakarta team. You will contribute to building scalable services using NestJS and FastAPI, and drive automation with n8n.

Collaborate with product and AI teams on LLM/RAG based solutions, review code, optimize performance, and ensure secure deployments. Proficiency in Python/Node.js and Docker/Git is valued. This role is based in Jakarta on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Backend Developer using Python or Node.js.
• Experience developing workflow automation using n8n.
• Experience building applications based on LLMs, RAG, or AI Agents is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, REST APIs, and application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS and FastAPI.
• Design, build, and manage workflow automation using n8n to integrate various systems and business processes.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs with internal applications and third-party services.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to implement solutions based on LLMs, RAG, or AI Agents.
• Conduct code reviews, debug issues, optimize performance, and ensure application quality and security.
• Manage source code using Git and follow software development best practices
