Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia seeks a Backend Engineer to join a Finance industry placement. You will develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, and build RESTful APIs that connect with internal and external systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and have 2–4 years of backend experience, with strong Java/Spring Boot skills and a solid grasp of REST, Microservices, and OOP. Proficiency in SQL is required; fintech experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Good understanding of REST API, Microservices and OOP.
• Familiar with SQL/Relational Database.
• Fintech/Financial Services experience is a plus.
