Job summary

IFG Group is hiring for a Strategic Backend Lead to steer the development of our digital platform in Indonesia. You will oversee the backend team, database architecture, and technical delivery for a diversified financial services ecosystem.

You will lead in Java 17 with Spring Boot or Quarkus, drive microservices and event-driven design, and uphold CI/CD and DevOps standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Has 8+ years of backend leadership experience.
• Proficient in Java 17 with Spring Boot or Quarkus.
• Strong background in microservices and event-driven architecture (Kafka preferred).
• Solid CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide backend developers in day-to-day work.
• Recommend and enforce database structure, security, backup, and recovery solutions.

These platforms serve agents, retail customers, and corporate clients across multiple integrated applications for financial products and services distribution.

Role Overview

Headcount: 2 | Experience: Minimum 8 years | Monthly Salary: IDR 17 – 19 million (nett)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
