Job summary

Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a backend developer to build robust backend components using Node.js and Golang. You will participate in design discussions to ensure scalable, highly-available services.

The role requires a minimum of two years in backend development and strong CS fundamentals. Ideal candidates will be comfortable with Linux/Unix environments and have practical experience with high-traffic systems, distributed messaging, and CI/CD workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a backend developer.
• Familiar with Node.js and Golang.
• Strong CS fundamentals across algorithms, OS, networks, and databases.
• Experience with high-traffic, latency-sensitive backends.
• Proficient in Linux/Unix development environments.

Requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience as a backend developer, preferably familiar with Node.js & Golang
• Solid knowledge and understanding in computer science (e.g. use of advanced algorithms and data structures, OS, network, database)
• Have experience & strong knowledge working on high-traffic, latency sensitive backend systems
• Experienced in using Linux/Unix development environment
• Working knowledge in GCP is considered an added value
• Experience using version control systems like Git
• Basic understanding of Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and CI/CD tools
• Experience in system architecture design for highly-scalable and highly-available system
