Job summary

Azura Labs Official is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer in Jakarta Selatan to design, build, and maintain scalable APIs. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust server-side solutions using Node.js and Express.js, with a focus on performance and reliability.

You will design database schemas in PostgreSQL, optimize queries, and manage object storage with Amazon S3 or compatible services. Strong CS fundamentals and collaborative workflows are essential.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen with 3-5 years of professional Backend experience.
• Proficient in Node.js and Express.js.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience with Amazon S3 or S3-compatible storage.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform performance tuning and query optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

Indonesian citizen with 3-5 years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer or Backend Developer

Proficient in Node.js and Express.js

Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development

Strong experience with PostgreSQL, database design, data modeling, and query optimization

Experience with Amazon S3 or S3-compatible object storage

Strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Core Computer Science concepts

Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows

Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to perform performance tuning and query optimization.

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows

Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
