Peoplyee is seeking a Sales Business Representative Officer to Supervisor in the Cikarang/Karawang area. The role focuses on growing the B2B vehicle rental client base, presenting proposals, and guiding deals from initial contact to contract signing.

The candidate will maintain strong client relationships, respond promptly to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Formación

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in vehicle rental.
• Lebaran allowance (THR): 1 month of salary.
• Sales commission, with details explained during the interview.
• Private medical insurance.
• Access to an operational vehicle or taxi for business use.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lead generation and expand the customer base through proactive outreach to prospective clients.
• Identify, approach, and qualify new business opportunities in the business-to-business market.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations to support sales conversions.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage the entire sales process, from initial discussions through contract signing.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent follow-up and high-quality service.
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Perform other duties related to the position as required.
