Job summary

PT Intramega Global is offering a Business Development Internship Program for students and fresh graduates to learn enterprise warehouse technology sales. You will work with our sales team on real prospects and accounts, from market research to proposal support, in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

You will gain hands-on experience researching target industries, qualifying leads, maintaining CRM records, and preparing client presentations.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in IT, SCM, IE, Business, or related field.
• Available for a minimum 6-month full-time internship, on-site in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Canva is a plus.
• Clear communicator, curious, and comfortable reaching out to people you have not met.
• Interest in technology, logistics, or supply chain; ERP/WMS exposure is a plus but not required.
• Organized and reliable — able to follow through on tasks without being chased.

Responsibilities

• Research target industries and build qualified prospect lists across manufacturing, retail, logistics, and mining.
• Conduct first-touch outreach to assigned prospects and qualify inbound leads.
• Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline records in the company CRM.
• Support the sales team in preparing client presentations, company profiles, and solution proposals.
• Assist in gathering client requirements and site information for solution design.
• Monitor industry trends, market movements, and competitor activity, and share findings with the team.
• Support marketing on campaign material, events, and exhibition preparation.
• Join client meetings and site visits with senior sales as an observer and note-taker.
