Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Confident in approaching new business clients and presenting solutions.
• Target-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across multiple channels.
• Conduct prospecting to generate qualified leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Contact potential clients to understand their business needs and introduce products/services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients with the sales team when needed.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospects through the sales process and maintain CRM data.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales, meeting, lead generation and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Provide regular sales activity and pipeline reports to the supervisor/manager.
