Job summary

PT Huaxiang Technology Power Equipment Manufacturing seeks a driven sales professional to identify and grow new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will market transformers and electrical equipment, manage inquiries, quotes, negotiations, and close deals, coordinating with internal teams to meet customer specs and achieve targets.

Ideal candidates have at least a D3/S1 education, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to hit

Qualifications

Minimum D3/S1 education in any field.
Experience in Sales/Marketing, particularly B2B.
Experience in sales of transformers, switchgear/switchboard, electrical panels, or electrical/industrial products is valued.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Good target orientation.

Responsibilities

Search for and develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Conduct sales of company products, particularly transformers and electrical equipment.
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up until closing.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and specifications are met.
Achieve sales targets and prepare activity reports and sales pipeline documentation.
