Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, client relations, or related field.
• Experience in data centre, IT infrastructure, or B2B technology sectors preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical content.
• Demonstrated relationship-management and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication plans, campaigns, and content for services and value proposition.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, partners, and internal teams.
• Prepare marketing collateral, presentations, newsletters, press materials, and digital content.
• Coordinate client communications, onboarding materials, service updates, and touchpoints.
• Support event planning and execution (visits, site tours, conferences, open houses).
• Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness and campaign performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and message accuracy across channels including website and social media.
• Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts as needed.
• Support cross-functional coordination between marketing, sales, and client relations.
