Job summary

Impact Investment Exchange (IIX) seeks an AVP/VP to collaborate with the Indonesia Program Director for the flagship IIRI program. You will drive research, sustainability content, and program execution while building partnerships and supporting fundraising efforts in Indonesia.

The role requires strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and a passion for inclusive finance and climate action, with strong English and Bahasa Indonesia skills to engage stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Sustainability, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• 8–12 years (AVP) / 12–15 years (VP) of relevant experience in program management, sustainability, ESG, research, and business development.
• Proven expertise in regulatory compliance, ESG frameworks, and sustainability practices in Indonesia.
• Experience in fundraising, partnership building, and donor engagement.
• Strong program management—planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and content development for IIRI reports and regulatory analyses.
• Oversee program management, budgeting, implementation, and reporting.
• Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, SMEs, government, and ecosystem players.
• Support fundraising, proposal development, and donor engagement.
• Publish reports, case studies, and knowledge products; represent IIX externally.
